2. Who is this app for?
This app is built for US-based eCommerce sellers who need efficient tools for:

  • Tracking inventory across multiple platforms

Can I create unlimited employee accounts?
Yes! Our system supports unlimited employee accounts at no extra cost. Each employee can be assigned specific access roles, ensuring data security and operational control across departments.


🔹 Product Testing & Demo Environment

3. Can I fully test the app using the demo account?
No, demo accounts are limited in functionality. Full usage requires connecting a live selling channel such as TikTok Shop and sending products to the warehouse.

4. How do I test the system properly?
To test the full order and inventory workflow:

  • Add TikTok Shop as a selling channel
  • Create a product or bundle, and map it to the TikTok SKU
  • Send the item to the warehouse to be received
  • Once received, the inventory becomes active and available for orders

5. What actions can an employee perform in a test account?
Employees with access can:

  • View and update product information (name, UPC, dimensions, etc.)
  • Adjust prices
  • Map products to sales channels
  • Create or edit bundles
  • Create manual orders
  • Split, merge, or cancel orders
  • Upload or override shipping labels manually

🔹 Order Management

6. How does order syncing work?
Once selling channels are connected and configured by the account owner, the system fetches orders based on your sync frequency. Orders are automatically imported and prepared for processing.

7. Can I create manual orders?
Yes. From the Order Page, you can manually create new orders for customers, with full control over line items and shipping preferences.

8. Can I manage orders after they are synced?
Yes, the Order Page allows you to:

  • Split an order across multiple shipments
  • Merge multiple orders from the same buyer
  • Cancel orders before packing
  • Upload or replace shipping labels with tracking numbers

9. How do I manage product details?
From the Product Page, you can:

  • Edit product attributes (name, dimensions, UPC)
  • Map to multiple selling channels
  • Create and assign bundles
  • Link vendor information and purchase orders
  • Track price updates and history

10. How is inventory handled?
Once products are received at the warehouse:

  • Inventory is automatically tracked and updated
  • Logs are maintained for all inventory changes
  • Inventory syncs with all mapped selling channels in real-time

11. Can I view inventory change logs?
Yes. Each product entry contains logs of inventory adjustments, receiving status, and warehouse activity.


🔹 Warehouse & Fulfilment

12. What happens after an order is synced?

  • A shipping label is generated automatically (unless overridden manually)
  • The order status becomes “Packing Pending”
  • The warehouse packs the order on your behalf
  • The system updates the order status back to the selling channel

13. Can I override shipping labels?
Yes. You can upload your own label with a tracking number before the warehouse begins packing.

  • Next-Day Delivery (carrier dependent)
  • Manual Shipping Label Upload
  • Click & Collect (if supported by your channel)

You can choose to let the system generate labels automatically or upload them manually.
