Purchasing Agent (North Bergen, NJ)

Purchase products including food, apparel, household essentials, cleaning supplies, baby and pet products, and kitchen items. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and establish an efficient supply network. Place orders based on inventory, sales trends, and seasonal demand to ensure availability and avoid overstocking. Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams on product specifications and fulfillment. Resolve supplier issues including shortages, damages, or quality concerns through returns or credits.

Rate of Pay: $58,500 per year

Benefits Offered: 6 paid federal holidays per year, 1 floating holiday per year, 5 days of paid time off (PTO) annually, available after completion of 1 year of employment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
