Prairie Mills Self-Rising Flour is a double-sifted, white bleached flour used in all types of baking of pastries and confectionaries such as pies, cakes, some light breads and candy. This flour can also be used as a thickening agent in sauces and gravies as well as a non-sticking agent in baking. The self-rising leavening in this flour makes baked goods rise faster and creates a lighter texture.
